Je rekening-courantschuld verdwijnt niet als je je BV verkoopt

Een DGA verkoopt zijn aandelen voor 5.000 euro. De koper neemt ook zijn rekening-courantschuld van 287.000 euro over, het geld dat hij van zijn eigen BV had geleend. Klaar, dacht hij. Schuld weg, bedrijf weg.

Zo simpel was het niet. De Belastingdienst telde die schuld op bij de verkoopprijs en stuurde een flinke aanslag. De rechter gaf hem deels gelijk, maar de les is hard. Wat er gebeurde en wat jij ervan kunt leren, lees je hier.

If you have staff, you'll know about the transition allowance. If you dismiss someone who has been ill for a long time, you'll pay an allowance. Until now, you received compensation from the government afterwards. From 2027 onwards, this will no longer be the case.
